When an influencer registers on a platform, they must agree to this conditions. 

1. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum age requirement (usually 18+).
  • Valid identification and proof of address.
  • Must not have any previous violations or bans on similar platforms.

 2. Account Verification:

  • Upload a government-issued ID (like a passport or driver’s license).
  • Provide a valid email address and phone number for verification.

3. Content Guidelines:

  • Content should not contain hate speech, violence, or explicit material.
  • No plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without permission.
  • Content must comply with community guidelines and platform policies.

4. Authenticity and Integrity:

  • No use of fake followers, bots, or engagement manipulation.
  • Maintain authenticity and transparency with followers.

5. Sponsored Content Rules:

  • Clearly disclose paid promotions or sponsored content using appropriate hashtags (e.g., #Ad, #Sponsored).
  • Follow local advertising and endorsement regulations.

6. Monetization and Payments:

  • Provide valid bank details or digital payment information.
  • Agree to platform commission rates or fees on earnings.
  • Be responsible for tax compliance and reporting earnings.

 7. Intellectual Property Rights:

  • Grant the platform limited rights to use, display, or promote content.
  • Ensure that all content uploaded is owned by the influencer or properly licensed.

 8. Code of Conduct:

  • Treat fellow users, brands, and followers with respect.
  • No harassment, bullying, or spreading misinformation.
  • Abide by anti-discrimination and inclusivity policies.

 9. Contractual Obligations:

  • Agree to exclusive content rights if specified.
  • Follow confidentiality agreements where applicable.

10. Penalties for Violations:

  • Acknowledge potential consequences, such as:
    • Suspension or termination of the account.
    • Withholding of earnings.
    • Legal action in case of severe violations.

When a platform allows a brand or company to register, it usually sets forth certain conditions and requirements. 

1. Legal Identity Verification:

  • Submit a valid business registration certificate (like GST certificate, company registration, or trade license).
  • Provide the authorized person’s ID proof (like PAN card or passport).

2. Business Details:

  • Company name, address, and contact information.
  • Nature of business and industry category.
  • Tax identification number (like GSTIN or VAT number).

3. Bank and Payment Information:

  • Provide a verified bank account to receive payments.
  • Payment gateway integration details (if applicable).
  • Bank account holder’s name and account number for transactions.

4. Brand Authenticity and Proof:

  • Documents proving the legitimacy of the brand (like trademarks or brand ownership documents).
  • A link to the official website or social media handles.

5. Content and Usage Policies:

  • Agree to the platform’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Adhere to rules regarding content quality, accuracy, and copyright compliance.
  • Agree not to post misleading, false, or inappropriate content.

6. Data Privacy and Protection:

  • Comply with data protection regulations (like GDPR or data privacy laws).
  • Ensure customer data collected through the platform is stored securely.

7. Transparency and Disclosure:

  • Clearly label sponsored content, advertisements, or promotional posts.
  • Disclose any affiliations or partnerships openly.

8. Compliance with Advertising Standards:

  • Follow advertising guidelines as per the country's legal framework (like ASCI or FTC rules).
  • Avoid deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

9. Indemnification and Liability:

  • The platform is not responsible for any disputes arising from brand promotions or collaborations.
  • Brands are accountable for content shared and claims made on the platform.

10. Termination and Account Deactivation:

  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating policies.
  • Brands must agree to follow the dispute resolution process.
